Modern, City Elopement at Union Station in Kansas City

I had the honor of shooting an intimate, modern elopement at Union Station in Kansas City, Missouri and it was absolutely amazing! Emma and Eddy were so in love and it showed in every single shot.

What I loved about shooting at Union Station was that it provided such a unique backdrop for the wedding. The architecture is stunning and modern and the perfect place for any Kansas City elopement. The best part was getting to take photos on the rooftop of Union Station! Talk about a once in a lifetime moment! We had special permission to do this and my lips are sealed as promised.

During the ceremony, it was just the couple and a few close family members. Emma and Eddy decided to elope in KC because they wanted to include her grandparents who wouldn’t be able to make it to their Mexico wedding in May. This made the ceremony incredibly intimate and a very special moment. There was so much love in the air and it really showed in the photos.

Overall, this was such an incredible experience and I feel so lucky to have been a part of it. To me, photography is all about capturing authentic, timeless, and emotional moments like these. And I think that’s exactly what we were able to accomplish during this elopement.
