Are you dreaming of a romantic, intimate beach wedding in Mexico? Look no further than the stunning Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos. This breathtaking coastal location offers a picture-perfect backdrop for your special day. As a photographer, I’m drawn to the authenticity, timelessness, and emotional connection that such destination weddings embody.
This destination wedding in Los Cabos, Mexico was hands down one of my favorite weddings to date! Emma and Eddy were so incredibly sweet. You might remember them from my previous post about their elopement at the Kansas City Union Station.
The day started out with Emma and Eddy getting ready in separate resort hotel rooms. They each had their closest friends and family members there to support them on this special day. I just love all the colorful outfits and Eddy’s green suit! Everyone truly embraced the warm, vibrant, Cabo vibes.
After some separate formal portraits in the lobby, Emma and Eddy exchanged private vows with each other. It was such an emotional and magical moment to witness.
We then walked all around the Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos resort taking wedding portraits with many different beautiful backdrops. I’ll never get over how stunning Mexico is!
Their ceremony area at the oceanfront beach gazebo was decorated with the most elegant floral arrangements. All their friends and family that had made the trip out to Los Cabos, surrounded Emma and Eddy as they got married. It was wonderful seeing the outpouring of everyone’s love for this lovely couple.
The evening was finished off with a reception and more sunset portraits along the beach. This was my favorite part of the day because we had so much fun running all around the beach capturing these photos. Lastly, as the sun went below the horizon, Emma and Eddy had a romantic private beach dinner, complete with a heart made of candles.
I’ll forever be grateful to Emma and Eddy for choosing me to be their wedding photographer. Days like these make me so thankful and feel very blessed that I’m able to travel the world because of my camera. 14 year old Kalena would be in awe.
