Wildflower Engagement Photo Shoot at Hatcher Pass, Alaska

This Hatcher Pass engagement session in Alaska was an absolute DREAM come true! I had the pleasure of capturing Chandler and Derek’s engagement photo session in one of the most iconic and stunning locations in Alaska. One of the best parts? It was wildflower season!

With its rich, green landscapes and vibrant wildflowers, Hatcher Pass offered a breathtaking setting for Chandler and Derek’s engagement photos. The natural beauty of this location added a touch of enchantment to their love story, creating a magical ambiance that can only be found in the Alaskan wilderness.

Well before I visited Alaska, I put out a giveaway on Instagram for a discounted engagement session. Chandler and Derek won the giveaway and I’m so glad they did! We had the best time wandering around the trails in Hatcher Pass and capturing these moments on camera. I’m obsessed with how in love these two cuties are and how perfect they look together.

I consider it a special privilege being the one to document important life moments such as an engagement. It’s truly an honor to be trusted as a photographer and to be able to give couples art they can hang on their walls. These images are something they can cherish forever and look back on with fond memories for years to come.

I’d love the opportunity to go back to Alaska and photograph another engagement session or elopement at Hatcher Pass…or anywhere else for that matter!
