Kracinda and Hector chose the historic Warren Place Venue Chapel for their intimate wedding. The beautiful, white chapel was the perfect place for their closest family members to gather around them as they said their vows. I loved that this wedding day was slow-paced and that we were able to take our time and soak in every moment. Kracinda and Hector’s love for each other shone in all their photos and the entire wedding was perfect.
I had the wonderful opportunity to meet these two quite a few months back and take their engagement photos. They opted for a longer 3 hour engagement session with multiple locations across the Kansas City area which was so much fun! When they decided on eloping, I was so excited that they reached back out to me. Kracinda and Hector wanted to keep their wedding day intimate and reserved for only their immediate family members. Only their parents, siblings, and grandparents attended the short and sweet ceremony. The whole event only took about three hours. That time included getting ready at the chapel, the ceremony, signing the marriage license, family photos, and couples photos around the venue.
I’ve been looking forward to taking photos at Warren Place Venue for a while and the venue did not disappoint! I love all the beautiful spots around this venue. The chapel is a historic church from 1912. Warren Place Venue renovated the chapel over two years and transformed the building into a stunning ceremony option for couples. The all white interior and tall windows are a wedding photographers dream for indoor wedding ceremonies. The space has plenty of natural light from all directions. The spiral staircase leads to a loft above the church entrance which was the perfect place for Kracinda to put her dress on. The room behind the altar provided Hector with a private area to get ready as well.
Even though the chapel is small, the space is well thought out and makes good use of every corner. The rest of the venue is also very beautiful and there is even a cute carriage straight out of a fairytale! If you are planning an intimate wedding or elopement, I would highly recommend considering Warren Place Chapel as your venue!
